Ronald Štefka

After graduating from VŠUP, graphic design studio, I started working in the field of advertising.
I am attracted to linking creative vision with effective communication and having a direct influence on how people perceive brands and products. At advertising agencies such as DDB, MarkBBDO, Ogilvy&Mather, Rust2, I held the position of senior art director where I was able to lead the team and manage the creative process from the first idea to the final output of the campaign.

Thanks to this I have been at the forefront of creating communication campaigns for clients such as Velkopopovicky Kozel, Fernet, Vodka Amundsen, Radegast, Konto Bariéry, Mercedes-Benz, Velux and many others.
I always prioritize the effectiveness of advertising, but the visual and aesthetic aspect is equally important to me.
